Peace world, I'm Raana Zahra Kashi, I'm a Brooklyn based, LA raised Persian mama, dog mama and daughter of the Iranian diapospora. I've worked in various education and community based settings where I led large scale initiatives advancing healing and equity for Black and Brown communities.

I am led by the belief that communities have the medicine and solutions they need - it is my job to love, support, and teach to honor this wisdom. In my past work life, I was burnt the hell out, tired, and unhealthy. I found these settings ran in chaos - sometimes self-imposed, sometimes from the lack of resources and sheer amount of work. Additionally the very training we were providing outward: on healing and equity, needed to be turned inward.
